Peregrino Art is a pottery studio making small batches of ceramic wares. Every piece goes from slab to vessel by my own hands in my Pittsburgh studio.
All my work is made from slabs and without a potter’s wheel. Look closely and you will be able to see the place where the seams come together. It is fired twice in an electric kiln, the second firing going up to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. The clay and glazes are lead-free and food safe. All my work is made for use, not just to be displayed. It is durable, microwaveable, and dishwasher safe.
